What is FASTTRAK?

FASTTRAK is an MLB program designed to review your Borrower's documents up front, ensuring the mortgage process is completed in a timely and efficient manner and assurance that the loan has been processed and a full review of the borrower Income, Assets and Credit has been conducted by an MLB Underwriter. Within the FASTTRAK parameters, your loan is anticipated to close, within 30 days of receiving the signed mortgage application.

FASTTRAK will give your borrower's a competitive edge over other buyers and you will be in a better position to confidently know the amount your clients are approved for.
