New as of Oct 1st – MUST click the "Request Loan Estimate" button in the LOAN ESTIMATE/FEE MANAGEMENT screen in order to request your disclosures before submitting to underwriting. In order to submit your loan to underwriting "Submit to UW" button must be clicked. In addition, when submitting conditions you must now click "RE-SUBMIT LOAN"
REMINDER: You must have an uploaded Contract of Sale (Purchase only), Income, and Credit Report. Please refer to the Portal Manual 2024 found in the Resources tab or call your Account Executive with any questions.
