Client Services will now be handling all communication with the contractor to obtain their documents such as the Contractor License, Contractor Insurance, W9 and anything else needed from the contractor for Wholesale only renovation loans.

Additionally, once all documentation is received, Client services will complete the vetting process with the contractor references.
